One of our original donations! This road bike has seen a lot of miles and loving care in the hands of an experienced cyclist.
Original everything except tires and tubes, which we upgraded with our standard thorn resistant tubes, and Schwalbe Delta Cruiser 1 3/8” tires with K-Guard 3 puncture resistance for assurance on our rural highways. (We also replaced the brake shoes, because… safety!)
The original fittings feature continuous black-foam grip, top- and drop- brake levers, chrome rims, chain and spoke guards, and 3-pc crank, stem-mounted infinity shifting, and black metal cage pedals. She even has her original front and rear reflectors!
Minor paint chips along the chain stays and other cosmetic issues. The left seat stay may be slightly bent (it IS bent, but we can’t tell if it’s a factory feature or an injury).
